Local Shipping Policy

Local Shipping - Standard

  • Orders placed before 8:30am (GMT+8) from Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day.
  • Orders are fulfilled by Ninja Van and are usually delivered within 3-5 days.
  • Do expect shipping and delivery delays during sales period.
  • To track your order, enter your parcel tracking ID at https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg.
  • Ninja Van offers three delivery attempts free of charge. After three unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

Local Delivery T&Cs

  • Once an order is placed, we are not able to amend or cancel your order.
  • Liv Activ holds no responsibility for any loss of items resulting from entering a wrong delivery address.
  • All orders are shipped from Singapore.
  • No customs charges, duties or taxes on any local orders.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy (Local & International)

Return Eligibility (Local & International)

  • We don’t offer exchanges on our platform. Certain stores may not carry the same sizes or models available online.
  • You can only return your item for a refund to your original payment method.
  • All items (except nutrition and consumables) are eligible for a free return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  • The original packaging must also be returned without any marks, labels, damage, or tape.
  • Liv Activ reserves the right to reject returns if the item or packaging isn't in resaleable condition.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

How to Return Your Order

Online Order

  • To return your online order, simply fill up a return request form and a customer service team will reach out to you with a confirmation on your return request.
  • After receiving a return request confirmation from our customer service team, you can drop your order off at one of the addresses below.
  • Orders returned without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

  • Once your order has completed inspection, you will receive a notification of your refund. You can then expect your refund to be credited back to the original payment method within 14 working days.

In-store Purchase

Goods sold are non-refundable for in-store purchases. We suggest calling the store directly for enquiries related to in-store exchanges, refunds, defects, or returns.
