Orders placed before 8:30am (Mon–Fri, GMT+8) are shipped the same day. Orders are fulfilled by SPX Express and typically delivered within 3–5 days. Track your order at SPX Express.

Shipping Information
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
- All orders are shipped from Singapore. No customs charges, duties, or taxes apply to local orders.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Delivery times are estimates. Over 80% of our orders arrive within the estimated timeframe.
- Once shipped, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier. All orders are processed in sequence, with earlier orders typically handled first.
- Liv Activ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or for loss due to an incorrect address at checkout.
Freight Forwarders
Liv Activ does not ship to freight forwarder addresses under any circumstances. Orders sent to a freight forwarding address will not be supported or assisted.
How to Return Your Order

Online orders are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order. Fill in our Return Request Form and our team will review your request and confirm via email. Once approved, drop off your return at your chosen location.
Please note that returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
In-store Purchase
In-store Purchase
Products purchased in-store are non-refundable. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with proof of purchase.
Exchanges can be processed at any of our retail outlets. Please note that only in-store purchases are eligible for exchange. Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store or through any other channel.
For enquiries about in-store exchanges, defects, or returns, we recommend contacting the relevant store directly.

What you can return
- All items except nutrition and consumables are eligible for a free return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are accepted for a refund only. We do not offer exchanges on online orders.
Condition requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. Shoe boxes, apparel packaging, and accessory packaging must be intact and free of marks, labels, tape, or damage, as packaging is considered part of the product. Returns may be refused if packaging is not in resaleable condition.
How to return
- Drop off your item in person at our store within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Retail stores are drop-off points only and do not process exchanges or refunds on site.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refund Method
Refund Method
Eligible returns will be refunded as online store credit with a six-month validity period. Store credit will be added to your Liv Activ account once your return is approved.
Store credit can be used on livactiv.sg for any future order. It cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed at retail stores.
